The city has the building permit to aprove. We have less than a acre of land so really don't need to get a grading permit but....Some at the city seem to think that this is still an IMUD-it is my understanding that after our work with planning and zoning the this was not true. Any way the lawyer is checking. We wait. No new pictures. It's interesting I woke up this morning at 1:30 thinking about the grading. The telephone box move to the left of the drive is complete.Yea!!
