We have all permits

On friday we had the opt out of IMUD recorded ,paid the fee for water run off to Davis lake(caching)and yesterday we paid the fee to have all easements to be elliminated from site plan-should be recorded soon. Grader had been notified and I hope he will start soon. No new pictures because the site looks the same. It rained last night-sooo when it dries out I assume it will all start. We are excited. We are out of the IMUD and are working on the details to get all easments elliminated. Not a bad meeting. Thank you for all of your prayers and concerns. I will write more later- have to get back to work. Grading should start ASAP. Claire
